PROJECT TIMELINE

PHASE 3 : AWARENESS BOOTH

PHASE 4 : PROJECT EXECUTION

BUDGET ESTIMATION
To ensure the successful implementation of this project, a detailed budget has been carefully planned. The estimated costs cover essential items required for food distribution. The funds raised through this campaign will be allocated transparently and efficiently to maximize impact and provide sustainable support for stray animals.
The breakdown of the budget is as follows:

The project will use Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp to promote the campaign and reach a wider audience. Engaging content such as videos, photos, and real-life cases will be shared to attract donors. The campaign will also be promoted through personal networks and group sharing, with continuous updates provided to build trust. Collaboration with influencers, animal lovers, and the community will help increase visibility and support.
Low funding can be addressed by increasing promotion efforts and seeking sponsors. Weather issues can be managed through flexible scheduling. Low participation can be improved through early community engagement. In the case of overfunding, additional resources will be used to expand food distribution to more areas.

As part of the SULAM initiative, I am committed to fostering greater awareness within the Labuan community regarding stray animal welfare, with a focus on promoting compassion, empathy, and responsible care. I strongly believe that community development is a collective responsibility, where every individual has a vital role in contributing towards a more sustainable and inclusive society. In line with this commitment, our team is actively engaged in a crowdfunding campaign and a food bank drive aimed at improving the welfare and living conditions of stray animals.
